Gift Cards Terms & Conditions
By purchasing, accepting, or using the Card, you agree to be bound by these terms & conditions. If you do not agree with them, do not purchase, use, or accept the Card.

The Card is issued by Cider Cellar only. Promotional codes are provided to you in connection with the purchase of a Gift Card. Cards are only valid if obtained from Cider Cellar website: www.cidercellar.ie. Gift cards are not valid if obtained from unauthorized sellers or resellers, including through Internet auction sites. Cards are not debit or credit cards.

Cider Cellar doesn't provide a balance statement.

Gift Cards expire within 6 months of the date of purchase however no fees for inactivity or service fees apply to such Cards. Cider Cellar reserves the right to refuse to honour any Card in the event of a disputed credit card charge or other failure of consideration.

Gift Cards aren't redeemable. Cards have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash except as required by law.

Gift Cards are single use only. Gift Cards aren't refundable or redeemable.

The value of any lost, altered or used without authorisation cards, will not be replaced, or replenished, except in limited circumstances with proof of purchase. If you suspect someone has copied or stolen your Card, send an email to hello@cidercellar.ie

The maximum value that can be associated with any one Card is 150 euros. Cards cannot be resold or transferred for value. Cards are void if resold or transferred for value.

Cider Cellar reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions from time to time entirely at its own discretion, such changes will be incorporated in a revised version of these Terms & Conditions at www.cidercellar.ie
