  • It's probably because you haven't verified your identity, if it was your first order.

    1. Following checkout you should have received an email to do this, please check your spam folder.

    2. Maybe you made your order during the weekend day. This identity verification email isn’t automatic. The next working day this email will be sent. So please you just need to be patient.
